Our attention have been drawn to an online publication by one SALIHU Yakubu where the fellow utterly stated his regret for voting our own home PEOPLE'S CHAIRMAN, Hon. Danladi Chiya.
He further descrbed this Chairman as a tribalist and boast-fully inferred that 'he won't be reelected for a second term'.
Ordinarily, I would have ignore the self acclaimed comrade and his piece but for the purpose setting the record straight for other online publishers, audience and the general public I wish to make the following observations:
1. Hon. Danladi Chiya is the Executive Chairman of Kwali Area Council thus; a public servant particularly to the people of Kwali Area Council and all posts on his must reflect such.
2. That Hon. Danladi Chiya led administration is just some few days to eight months in office and has generated developments beyond the expectations of the well meaning Kwali Indigens and residents.
3. That Hon. Danladi Chiya led administration is, and has remained friendly to the whole people of Kwali and FCT as a whole.
Against the affore-listed, we are a lost not knowing what the fellow really choose to challenge, criticise or correct as expected of every true comrade.
I therefore challenge Salihu Yakubu to please come out his shell to identify the pitholes of our principal so as to enable us furnish him with the needed information on the particular area.
We are quite aware of freedom of speech and expression which Hon. Danladi Chiya has vowed to uphold, we are however against and will resist any malicious attempt to smear, malign and callously castigate the personality of the PEOPLE'S CHAIRMAN.
We await clarity on your post in case you are a true patriotic comrade and a progressive indigen of Kwali Area Council.
