BIOGRAPHY OF THE EXECUTIVE, CHAIRMAN KWALI

CITATION OF HON. DANLADI CHIYA

Hon. Danladi Chiya, popularly known as “Mai-Bayani” (an Hausa phrase to mean: “The Trailblazer”) was born on 10th October, 1970 into the family of Mallam Chiya Baduku Shagi in Kwali town, Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
He is a 2013 Bachelors Degree Graduate of Public Administration at the University of Abuja. Prior to obtaining his Bachelors degree, he had done a Certificate and Diploma course in Public Administration in the same University of Abuja, as well.
Hon. Chiya began his education at the then Central Primary School now known as Pilot Science Nursery and Primary School Kwali in the year 1980 where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1986.
He gained admission into Federal Government College Wukari Taraba State, then Gongola State where he sat for the Junior Secondary Education Examination where he passed in flying colours.
The following year, he proceeded to Government Secondary School Kwali for his Senior Secondary School education where he obtained his West African Senior Secondary Certificate in 1992. Preceding his present status as the Executive Chairman of Kwali Area Counci, Hon. Danladi Chiya had served in different capacities and offices which include and not limited to: Liaison Officer; Supervisory Councillor, (Special Duties) amongst others.
Due to his sterling commitment, loyalty and relevance in the Nigeria political space, His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR appointed him into the Federal Board, National Root Research Institute (NRRI), Umudike Abia State as a Member in 2017.
Further Impressed by Hon. Chiya’s impetus and sagacity in human and resource management, His Excellency, Mallam Musa Bello Mohammad, the Honourable Minister of the Federal Capital Territory appointed Mai-Bayani as permanent Board Member II in the FCT Area Councils Service Commission in December 2017, a position he held until a clarion call by the people behooved him to resign to contest the March 23, 2019 Chairmanship election in Kwali Area Council where against all odds, he was declared winner and returned as the Executive Chairman of Kwali Area Council and sworn into office on May 20, 2019 where he is discharging his duties with so much administrative dexterity and political prudence.
Mai-Bayani is a reciepeint of various awards, honours and commendations from home and abroad.
Hon. Danladi Chiya is happily married and blessed with two lovely Children....

Today, Garba Abdullahi Abuja meet with the executive chairman KWALI area council,

The following points were discussed.

1. Youths inclusive government: the chairman, which in early-stage promise that he's government and administration will be open system governance, it, was noted that youths are the building block of any society for development, in a chat, in extending the hand of over 1000 youths in KWALI area council to keep on doing the amazing and great job his doing not minding wailers, and critics which doesn't have focus.
2. Infrastructural development: the chairman which has focused most of his energy, to the development of of the society, needing not to tell the story or society of what is going on, there are lots of projects which the chairman has embarked on, some which are 85% done and some still going on due to lack of proper handling of the work by the contractor.
It was said by #concerncitizen Lead, that a developing society works in synergy with YOUTHS to foster most of the community challenge, I.e youth crimes like drugs, abuse, smoking, including many other dirty induce issue that cause unrest in the society.
3.Security and kidnapping: youths make society better today, and we have a lingering challenge which we are facing today in society, most especially when it comes in times of Bandits and kidnapping.
FCT- ABUJA as a whole is becoming a dead zone for the residents, and the natives, we can not sleep or walk with free minds around our own metropolitan again, it is also a sad thing that the nations capital does not have peace in times of human living, as I continue to chat with the executive chairman KWALI area council, which the society knows that he's putting much of his effort to see that he has tackled this ugly issue of killings and kidnapping around his territory, the chairman also urge and task the youths around the 10 political wards to play their part, to be security-sensitive and report any suspicious activity around them, he said the administration again is a youth focus government.
4. Educational development: there is no how a societal development will come if the young people in community, village, and society do not go to seek for knowledge and education,
He continued to by saying that there won't be any positive impact on the environment of the youths are not hungry of knowledge,
He tasks the youths again to take any slight chance given to them to impact into others positively and develop their society, for it can bring peace, justice and harmony to the environment.

Furthermore, Garba Abdullahi Abuja also promised the chairman of our maximum cooperation with leadership and will continue to spread and preach peace to the young generation and using social media as a tool for youths focus in sustainable development goal of the society and community.
Finally, the executive chairman in the person of Hon. Danladi Chiya promised to deliver he's an electoral promise to the people by giving the masses dividend of democracy, as has started within a blink of an iceberg, said more jobs are coming for the youths.

Earlier today, the Executive chairman kwali Area council Hon Danladi Chiya attend Church service at ECWA Gospel church kwali, present an appointment letter to Augustine Sunday.

The chairman in his message said that service to God is service to humanity and he give thanks to God Almighty for giving  him the opportunity to serve the people of kwali Area council and also appreciate members of ECWA Gospel church for their fervent prayers and support.

Presenting the appointment letter to the beneficiary, the pastor of the church Rev.kyauta Godiri thank the Executive chairman for always identifying with them and prayed God should continue to guide and protect and also give him long life and prosperity to achieve his desire.

ATTENTION!, ATTENTION!!, ATTENTION!!!

Our attention have been drawn to an online publication by one SALIHU Yakubu  where the fellow utterly stated his regret for voting our own home PEOPLE'S CHAIRMAN, Hon. Danladi Chiya.

He further descrbed this Chairman as a tribalist and boast-fully inferred that 'he won't be reelected for a second term'.

Ordinarily, I would have ignore the self acclaimed comrade and his piece but for the purpose setting the record straight for other online publishers, audience and the general public I wish to make the following observations:

1. Hon. Danladi Chiya is the Executive Chairman of Kwali Area Council thus; a public servant particularly to the people of Kwali Area Council and all posts on his must reflect such.

2. That Hon. Danladi Chiya led administration is just some few days to eight months in office and has generated developments beyond the expectations of the well meaning Kwali Indigens and residents.

3. That Hon. Danladi Chiya led administration is, and has remained friendly to the whole people of Kwali and FCT as a whole.

Against the affore-listed, we are a lost not knowing what the fellow really choose to challenge, criticise or correct as expected of every true comrade.

I therefore challenge Salihu Yakubu to please come out his shell to identify the pitholes of our principal so as to enable us furnish him with the needed information on the particular area.

We are quite aware of freedom of speech and expression which Hon. Danladi Chiya has vowed to uphold, we are however against and will resist any malicious attempt to smear, malign and callously castigate the personality of the PEOPLE'S CHAIRMAN.

We await clarity on your post in case you are a true patriotic comrade and a progressive indigen of Kwali Area Council.

DANLADI CHIYA TO CONSOLIDATE IMPACTFUL PROJECTS IN KWALI AREA COUNCIL.

The Executive chairman kwali Area council Hon Danladi Chiya has assured that his priority in 2020 will be on policies and programmes that will enhance the wellbeing of majority of citizens by creating an enabling environment and building the necessary social and physical infrastructure for the people of kwali Area council to achieve their aspirations.

Hon Danladi Chiya said this yesterday while opening a new primary school at Rugan fulani-Yangoji.

Hon Danladi Chiya said: My dear citizen and residents of kwali Area council, as you are aware, our focus and emphasise since assumption of office have been to improve your living conditions and make you more productive. We are improving the educational system, improving access to quality health care, providing more jobs to our youths and investing in infrastructure.

I want to assure you, that we will not relent in our efforts at infrastructural renewal and social development programme, even though we have achieved successes in many areas, we still have a long way to go. From our experience so far, we are convinced that although, as a people and government, we can significantly changed our circumstances and place kwali Area council and indeed our dear country where they should be in Africa.

In a brief statement, the Education Secretary of kwali Area council, Mr Peter Philip Leda thank the Executive chairman for being there for his people and promised to ensured that the school meet up with others.
